Our cleaning products are environmentally safe
1- Our cleaning products are pH neutral disinfectant cleaners, phosphate free formulated and designed to provide effective cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfections.
2- The cleaning products we use have proven effective to kill many bacteria, viruses, mildew stat, and fungicide such as: Salmonella Choleraesuis, Staphylococcus, Enterobacter Cloacae, Hepatitis C Fusobacterium, Herpes, Influenza, Food Fungus, HBV and HIV-1, etc.
3- We also assist allergy suffers by using cleaning techniques that remove dust and dirt from the environment rather than just spreading it around. An example is our hypoallergenic vacuum bags that trap 99.7% of all dust in the air.
Our Cleaning services security
1- All our employees (subcontractors) are interviewed, screened, trained and have a background check completed before selected to work with Serrano Cleaning Services.
2- Keys are stored in a locked security box. Only team members of management have access to keys.
